- Different people are divided by different geographical boundaries. Due to the geographical diverse, people have different customs and habits. We learn geography for broadening our horizons of the various areas that encompass different kind of people. through researching the subject of geography, we can find the difference between people with different colors. during learning geography, we can distinguish various method utilised by the people from different continents or areas, like Chinese regard marry as the most important matter in their lives, but American is not, they may have 2 or 3 wives in their whole lives. In a large scale, Western tends to be more open, whereas Oriental are always more traditional. Learning geography can help us to understand the reason why our world can be like this.Hence, the role that geography plays in widening our knowledge is of utmost important.
